I have purchased a couple properties now through hammer price homes and have found the team to be fantastic every single time.

First of all they answered every question I had and if they didn't know they went to find out and came back to me. I am the person who questions a lot so the patience they had was amazing.

Through the sales process they were very helpful in talking to the vendors solicitors and giving a nudge to them when needed. They didn't just leave me to get on with it. They also check in on me from time to time during a sale to see if everything is going as planned and see if there's anything they can do to help. This is not something a lot of people do.

In summary michael and hammer price homes were great.

I acquired a flat in West London through Hammer Price homes. The process of acquiring the flat was made very straight forward. I found their entire process easy to understand and the functionality of their website during the bidding process was faultless. I felt that they gave a far more personalised service and I was able to ask questions prior to the auction that were answered quickly and honestly.
