I recently sold online through Hammer Price Homes and was very pleased with the end to end process. I was kept up to date with every aspect of the auction, from the initial property photographing through to the open days and during the auction itself.

We got to discuss and agree the reserve and start pricing, property description and photo’s remotely. They did all the work, based on our instructions. This has to be the simplest and hassle free way to sell your property. These guys did absolutely everything, which worked really well for us because we live 150 miles away.

I put 5 properties that I had been struggling to sell through physical auctions/estate agents in the hands of Hammer Price Homes and ran them all through their 28 day auction process with reserves that I was happy with.

We had a very good level of interest on all properties and sold 3 of them at an average of 5% above the reserve price, one of the buyers bid from his office in London having had a family member attend an open day viewing.

Not only did I get more than my reserve I also incurred zero selling costs.

The other 2 properties didn't hit the reserve but Hammer Price Homes provided me with a full report listing all bids received with an option to consider the highest bids made or to relist for another auction. I have decided to re-let both of the properties for now but will certainly go back to Hammer Price Homes should I wish to sell them in the future.

I would also like to add that their customer service from start to finish was excellent which included regular updating on the whole process.
